Due to the nature of design consultations and the time reserved for each booking, refunds are not typically offered once a service has been delivered.

Before Your Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled

• Late cancellations may result in the loss of the booking fee

After Your Appointment

Design advice and recommendations are based on experience, professional judgement, and the information provided at the time.

As outcomes depend on how advice is implemented, refunds are not offered based on dissatisfaction with results or changes in circumstances.

Exceptional Circumstances
